The potential of the invaders, who were recruited to the front during the first mobilization, has already been exhausted, says the Russian human rights activist.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that supposedly in the near future, the second wave of mobilization would not be carried out in Russia. He continues to say that the war against Ukraine seems to be "going according to plan", all "goals are being met, and problems are being solved."
However, the Russian dictator does not specify which tasks, in his opinion, were successfully completed. This was told by Russian human rights activist and oppositionist Mark Feygin to Channel 24.
According to Feigin, Putin is most likely lying about the fact that there will be no second wave of mobilization.
"Then I'm ready to believe the war will end in a few months. Because the potential for this mobilization has already been exhausted," Feigin said.
The human rights activist notes that the mobilization in Russia did not help the Russian occupiers keep the Kherson region's right bank under control and capture Bakhmut in the Donetsk region.
The oppositionist believes that Putin will still conduct a second wave of mobilization when the situation at the front generally becomes terrible for the Russian army.
