On the night of July 19, Russian armed forces attacked Odessa with more than 20 strike drones. At least eight residential buildings were damaged in the city, one of which saw nearly ten apartments completely destroyed. A medical laboratory, shops, a beauty salon, restaurants, and civilians’ cars were also damaged.
During the massive drone attack, six people were injured and one woman was killed.
This was reported by the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.
“As a result of the attack, a woman was killed, and six local residents sustained injuries of varying severity and are receiving medical assistance. Information about other possible victims is being clarified,” the statement reads.
An inspection is ongoing, and a full list of damage and destruction is being compiled. Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of Russia’s armed aggression.
