Over the past 24 hours, civilian energy infrastructure has been hit by Russian shelling in Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions.
According to the Ministry of Energy's press service:

In Sumy region, substations were shut down during air alerts. One substation caught fire due to a missile and drone attack, cutting off power to over 281,000 consumers in 601 settlements, as well as industrial enterprises in two regions. Power has been partially restored.

In Donetsk region, a substation, residential consumers, and a mine were cut off due to shelling. At the time of the incident, there were no people in the mine.

In Cherkasy region, an air line was disconnected due to debris from a UAV, affecting substations and residential consumers. Power has been restored.

In Chernihiv region, air lines were disconnected due to rocket attacks, cutting power to over 2,000 subscribers in 22 settlements. Power has been partially restored.
Additionally, in the southern region, equipment at a substation was shut down for technological reasons, but there were no consumer outages. The equipment has been reactivated.
In the central region, strong winds caused air lines to disconnect, affecting substations and residential consumers. Power has been restored via backup systems.
