New Year's night in Ukraine passed without significant violations but with Russian attacks. During the New Year's night, 17 shelling incidents were recorded, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old boy in Odessa, and three people were injured in the Odessa region.

As a result of the attacks across the country, 16 civilian objects were damaged, including 8 apartment buildings, 2 private buildings, a museum, an educational institution, and a hangar. In particular, strikes were made on the city of Lviv, resulting in damage to the museum and university buildings, and a fire broke out.

Police are documenting the consequences of the enemy attack, collecting evidence of Russia's military crimes, interviewing citizens, and ensuring law and order.
