The assets of the companies Ukrnafta, Ukrtatnafta, Motor Sich, AvtoKrAZ and Zaporizhtransformator were handed over to the Ministry of Defense.
This was stated by the Secretary of the National Security Council, Oleksiy Danilov, at a briefing.
He explained that the alienation of five enterprises took place following the decision of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and in connection with military necessity.
"The seized assets acquired the status of the military property; their management was transferred to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine," Danilov said.
The Secretary of the National Security Council added that after the end of martial law, the specified assets may be returned to their owners or their value may be reimbursed accordingly.
Companies related to Konstantin Zhevago, Igor Kolomoisky, Vyacheslav Boguslaev, and Konstantin Grigoryshyn will become state property.
- The NCCPFR adopted a decision to ensure the compulsory alienation of shares of PJSC "Ukrnafta", PJSC "Ukrtatnafta", JSC "Motor Sich", PrJSC "AvtoKrAZ" and PrJSC "Zaporizhtransformator" into state ownership. In this way, the regulator allowed the write-off of the shares of the specified enterprises from the accounts of private individuals into state property.
