The cloud-based LMS platform AcademyOcean, part of Netpeak Group, will provide Ukrainian companies with free access to 10 courses on onboarding and specialist training. This initiative aims to assist Ukrainian businesses in improving the adaptation of new employees.

A study on the state and needs of businesses in times of war, published on the Diia.Buiness portal, showed that almost half of SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) representatives (44.5%) expect an increase in staff in 2024. 83.3% of respondents believe that human resources are crucial for post-war company recovery. Meanwhile, 42.1% of surveyed SMBs note the lack of a sufficient number of qualified workers as a factor hindering business recovery, and 33.5% plan to invest in staff development in 2024.

Netpeak Group has decided to provide free access to its internal training and adaptation courses to support Ukrainian businesses. Netpeak Group's internal training, based on AcademyOcean, includes an Onboarding and Offboarding Academy, as well as 8 separate courses: Clarity Academy, Business Correspondence, Working with Google Drive, Working with Google Docs and Google Sheets, Working with Telegram and Slack, Time Management Academy, and Open Communication course.

Using the LMS platform, companies can create and edit educational materials, customize training to their needs and goals, track the progress of their employees, receive detailed analytics on their learning, and conduct regular knowledge checks and certification using artificial intelligence.

"The number of requests from Ukrainian businesses for training and employee adaptation has tripled since the beginning of 2024 compared to 2022. We believe in the resilience of Ukrainian businesses and are ready to help them become even stronger. Free access to Netpeak Group's educational materials is our way of helping Ukrainian companies continue to develop, learn, and succeed in these challenging conditions," says Volodymyr Polo, CEO of AcademyOcean.

To get free access to Netpeak Group's training, Ukrainian companies can submit a request via the link.
