The Ministry of Defense has codified and approved the use of Spextr ground robotic systems of various modifications within the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

This was reported by the Main Directorate for Life Cycle Support of Armament and Military Equipment.

The Spextr robotic system is a versatile unmanned platform designed to perform a wide range of tasks in combat conditions. These robots can navigate rough terrain and challenging landscapes. Remote-controlled, they ensure the safety and ease of military operations in situations where reducing human risk is crucial.

Depending on the configuration and attached equipment, Spextr robots are used for tasks such as surveillance, transporting ammunition, rear property, and others. In specific configurations, they can also perform fire support tasks against the Russian forces.

Spextr robots are compact, making them easy to transport in a minivan or pickup truck. They are equipped with a silent electric motor and their battery charge lasts for several hours of continuous operation.
