This was reported on Facebook by the adviser to the Minister of Defence, Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov.
According to him, the system is a serial-production jet-powered drone — cheap and primitive.
The cruise speed of this UAV is 260 km/h, with bursts of up to 300 km/h. Its flight range reaches up to 100 kilometers.
“So far, I am recording strikes at a distance of 30–40 km from the front line,” the adviser said.
The warhead of the new Russian drone, Beskrestnov noted, weighs about 4–5 kg.

It also transmits analogue video on a frequency of 3.3 GHz.
“I ask everyone to pay attention to the video format and record such cases. We are also looking for a complete captured drone in order to understand the operation of its guidance and control systems,” Flash noted.
According to him, the Russians are trying to use these cheap jet-powered drones as a countermeasure against anti-aircraft drones and mobile fire groups.
