Ukraine does not consider the buildup of enemy forces on the northern borders as purely demonstrative actions.
The threat of an offensive from the territory of Belarus remains.
Brigadier General Oleksii Gromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke about this during a briefing.
“As already noted, we do not consider the buildup of the enemy forces on the territory of Belarus as purely demonstration actions. For a certain period, it can really be demonstration actions. But the threat of an offensive from the territory of the Republic of Belarus remains,†Gromov said.
