In 2023, Nova Poshta, a part of the Nova group of companies, expanded its network in Ukraine by 23%, reaching a total of 27,000 units, as announced by the company's press service. During the year, Nova Poshta opened 2,242 new branches and installed 1,853 new automated parcel terminals (postamats).

As of the beginning of 2024, the Nova Poshta network consists of 11,460 branches and 15,590 automated parcel terminals, with 60% operating within premises and residential complexes and 40% located outdoors.

The company emphasized the opening of Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) service points within existing business partner locations, where customers can send or receive prepaid parcels weighing up to 10 kg. Such points can be located in pharmacies, stores, gas stations, and are already operational in the networks of BRSМ, Moyo, and Delvi.

Nova Poshta invested 1.1 billion UAH in expanding and developing its network in 2023. The company plans to increase this amount to 1.9 billion UAH in 2024 and open an additional 9,000 service points.

Currently, Nova Poshta's branches and automated parcel terminals operate in over 10,000 settlements throughout Ukraine. The most significant growth in the network occurred in the Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Rivne, Kirovohrad, and Cherkasy regions.
