Nova Poshta has launched a fulfillment center in Warsaw, allowing businesses to focus on product development, marketing, and customer service while the postal operator manages all warehouse and logistics processes.
Fulfillment is a comprehensive service that includes storage of goods, order processing, picking and packing, labeling, palletizing, loading and unloading, and delivery to the end consumer.
The fulfillment center occupies 400 square meters and is suitable both for companies shipping across Europe and those delivering orders from Ukraine to Europe.
Nova Poshta handles customs clearance, prepares all necessary documents, and organizes delivery to any country where it operates — including Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and others.
The same model works in reverse: European e-commerce companies planning to enter the Ukrainian market can use Nova Poshta’s fulfillment services, with the company delivering orders directly to consumers in Ukraine.
“One of the key advantages of fulfillment is the ability to ship even a single unit directly to the consumer. We offer these services at competitive rates, making them accessible for businesses of all sizes,” said Serhiy Karputiev, CEO of Nova Poshta Poland.
In addition, the company has opened its own customs warehouse, where Ukrainian businesses can store goods without customs clearance for up to 90 days. Goods are cleared only after a real buyer places an order.
Soon, the fulfillment center plans to operate 24/7 to process orders around the clock.
