Rome has become the second Italian city where Nova Poshta has opened a branch. The company has also started delivering parcels to partner parcel lockers and pickup points located across the country, with delivery times to Ukraine starting from 7 days.

The first Italian Nova Poshta branch was opened in Milan in December. Now, a branch has also opened in the Italian capital, Rome, at Via Albalonga 9-11. The branch operates daily, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

At the branch, customers can send documents, parcels, and freight up to 100 kg to and from Ukraine, within Italy, and between European countries where Nova Poshta operates.

Soon, Nova Poshta will launch its own courier delivery service in Rome and its suburbs, similar to the service already in Milan. Additionally, through cooperation with local logistics companies, customers will be able to send parcels to any part of the country.

Since June, a new service for delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points from the GLS partner network has been available to customers. These points accept prepaid parcels weighing up to 25 kg and measuring no more than 41 x 38 x 64 cm. The storage period for parcels is 72 hours. If the customer does not pick up the parcel within three days, it will be redirected to the nearest Nova Poshta branch. The nearest delivery point can be selected using convenient digital tools: via the mobile app, on the website, or through the business account.

Currently, Nova Poshta's network in Italy includes two branches, 2,000 parcel lockers, and 4,500 pickup points.
