The Auction Commission has scheduled the privatization auction for the state-owned stake in Odesa Port Plant JSC for October 19, 2026.
The announcement was made by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
A meeting of the Auction Commission for the sale of the large privatization asset — the state-owned package of shares representing 99.5667% of the authorized capital of Odesa Port Plant JSC — was held under the chairmanship of Vitalii Kovalenko, Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
Following the meeting, the commission decided that the electronic auction would take place on October 19, 2026.
The commission also approved the draft information notice on the sale of the asset through an electronic auction with conditions. The document will soon be published on the official website of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and on the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system.
The notice will include the full list of privatization conditions, the starting price, the auction date, requirements for potential buyers, and other information necessary for participants.
