The odious head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, cannot simply be dismissed - he has an elected position, a vote must be taken and a special procedure must be passed according to which the legislature in Chechnya must remove from him the powers of the president of a subject of the federation. Therefore, to a greater extent, all his statements about his alleged resignation are ranting.

This opinion was voiced by a military expert, Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in reserve Oleg Zhdanov on the air of the FREEDOM telethon.

“Every joke has its part of jokes. I understand that Kadyrov is looking for ways to retreat: either join closer to the Kremlin walls and find protection there or even go somewhere outside the Russian Federation so that, as he says, to spend the rest of his days of their own in retirement," Zhdanov suggested.

"Kadyrov is not a stupid person, he was a field commander and fought with Russian troops, and he perfectly understands their condition and capabilities. Today, those representatives of the National Guard who serve in Chechnya and for some reason, everyone considers them "Kadyrov's militants" - no, these are the soldiers of the Russian Guard. There are no civilian troops outside the law, Russia does not allow such things. But these of his subordinates report to him what is happening on the ground, they also see it here. Kadyrov perfectly understands the situation in which the Russian Armed Forces find themselves in Ukraine today," said Zhdanov.

At the same time, according to him, rumors that Kadyrov may get a position in the Russian Guard can hypothetically be tolerated.

“In my opinion, this would be extremely problematic because I don’t know how popular Kadyrov is in Russia. He is a horror story for them! Kadyrov is such a terrible meme that scares the entire Russian Federation. But to become Zolotov's deputy (the head of the Russian Guard, Viktor Zolotov - UNIAN), as some rumors say, in my opinion, these are not real things at all! Because Zolotov and Kadyrov have a personal conflict" - said Zhdanov.

In addition, according to the expert, the "Kadyrovites" are fighters of the National Guard, but they do not have the task of fighting "on the front line."

“It was they who looted. The regular troops of the Russian Federation went forward. They participated in the hostilities, and the “Kadyrovites” behind their backs had the task of creating a law enforcement system, creating a commandant service. They are the ones who should ensure the retention of the occupied territory. But they were engaged in looting, and atrocities due to their mentality, and at the same time, they also robbed their own people, who took out the loot: "rob the loot" - this is the principle that the "Kadyrovites" acted in the rear of the Russian troops. Now they are also doing this work. On the front line, as far as I know, only the special forces of the Russian Guard and volunteers who signed a contract to participate in hostilities are represented. And the "Kadyrovites" - the farther from the front, the closer to the kitchen: they are now "dividing" spheres of influence in Mariupol, organizing commandant's offices in the Melitopol and Berdyansk regions, and there they film their tik-tok - where there are no our troops, and there is no danger to them," Zhdanov said.
