Over the past week, there were 967 combat engagements at the front. The Russian forces continues to focus its main efforts on the Toretsk, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, and Kurakhivka directions.

This was stated by Andriy Kovalov, spokesperson for the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, on the United News telethon.

“Over the past week, there have been a total of 967 combat engagements. The enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts on the Toretsk, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, and Kurakhivka directions, where heavy fighting is ongoing,” said Kovalov.

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces carried out 42 attacks last week. Fighting took place in the areas of Hlyboke, Tykhe, and Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region.

In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces conducted offensive actions in the areas of Berestove, Petropavlivka, Pishchane in the Kharkiv region, and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk. Ukrainian forces repelled 52 attacks in this area last week.

In the Lyman direction, 88 attacks were repelled in the areas of Makiivka, Nevske, and Terni.

In the Siversk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 56 attacks in the areas of Orikhove, Vasylivka, Pereizne, Viyimka, Ivanodarivka, Verkhnokamenske, and Spirne.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 68 attacks in the areas of Klishchiivka, Kalynivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, and Andriivka in Donetsk Oblast.

In the Toretsk direction, over the past week, Russian invaders made 143 attempts to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops near Pyatykhatky, Toretsk, New York, and Zalizne.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 341 attacks. The invaders concentrated their efforts in the areas of Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka Persha, Novooleksandrivka, Progres, Zhelanne, and Yasnobrodivka in Donetsk Oblast.

In the Kurakhivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continued to hold back the Russians in the areas of Kostyantynivka, Karlivka, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Paraskoviivka, where the Russian forces attempted to break through the defenses 76 times.

In the Vremivka direction, 45 attacks were repelled in the areas of Velyka Novosilka, Vodiane, Kostyantynivka, and Rozdilne.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions 17 times, primarily near Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, and towards Novodanilivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

In the Dnipro direction, the Russians suffered losses during two engagements. In this direction, the Russian forces conducted 11 unsuccessful attacks.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of Russian force's offensive group formations have been detected. The operational situation remains unchanged.

Over the past week, the Russian forces carried out 16 missile strikes on Ukrainian military positions and civilian infrastructure, using 25 missiles. They conducted 485 airstrikes, including the use of 668 guided aerial bombs, and made over 33,400 shellings, including 711 from multiple launch rocket systems.
