In Poltava, emergency rescue operations have been completed at a five-story residential building that was hit by a Russian missile strike.
The State Emergency Service reported on Facebook:
"As a result of the enemy strike, 14 people were killed, including two children aged nine and twelve. 20 people were injured, including four children aged three months, two, eight, and twelve."
It was noted that 22 people were rescued.
Psychological assistance was provided to 206 citizens, including 11 children, by specialists from the State Emergency Service and the National Police.
