20 startups have been awarded €860 445 in funding from the Seeds of Bravery consortium

This financial support will serve as a significant boost for innovation in Ukraine, fostering entrepreneurship and aiding in the country’s recovery. We are proud to play a role in helping Ukrainian businesses scale new heights!

So, which startups secured the funding?

Rebuild Ukraine: 3 innovators received up to €25,000 each to help rebuild post-war Ukraine: 

  1. BigDataPeople 2 is an online service that solves a wide range of OSINT tasks based on open data and data from the public Internet.
  2. PaxHelper: Innovative Decision Support System for Aviation industry enabling informed decisions in passenger claim resolutions associated with disrupted flights.
  3. Pre-sowing seed treatment Parostok reduces the risks of crop loss due to droughts and frosts with Parostok microwave seed treatment.

DeepTech Scale-Up & Acceleration: 17 startups awarded up to €50,000 each to scale prototypes and expand market reach: 

  1. Sirocco Energy develops innovative wind turbines that enable industrial companies to reduce electricity costs by 2-4 times and protect themselves from rising energy prices.
  2. Pipes.one – unique technology platform for Infrastructure pipelines construction, faster, sustainable, lower-cost, higher quality, on-wheels, on-site.
  3. LetsData is revolutionizing the fight against information operations (InfoOps) and synthetic identity threats.
  4. Energy-Absorbing Breakwater – mobile source of electricity and drinking water for coastal and island areas.
  5. Production of electric trucks in Mykolaiv manufactures energy-efficient electric trucks which drive 100 km for just one euro.
  6. The ST1 autonomous demining drone allows deminers to detect explosive hazards in post-war areas more safely and quickly using computer vision and metal detection technologies.
  7. Wideband high power amplifier SCRA3 aims to develop a high-performance, Ukrainian-made amplifier operating in the 2400–6000 MHz frequency range, delivering 40W output power and offering an affordable solution.
  8. Ochis transforms coffee waste into innovative, biodegradable material, creating eco-friendly eyewear while promoting sustainability and reducing global plastic waste.
  9. Numo ADHD is a productivity and support app for people with ADHD.
  10. SMTCS Lab (RCS, ML, IOT guidelines for integrators) provides Telerobotics & AI autonomy software solutions on behalf with hardware required for UV operations in hazardous environments through our partner service integrators & providers.
  11. Whisper develops affordable jet engines.
  12. ATMO GROW EDU PLATFORM – a cutting-edge LMS portal leveraging AI, Big Data, gamification, and cloud computing to deliver personalized learning, quality education, and support for Ukrainian children affected by war.
  13. Greenbin.app is a data-as-a-service solution that helps FMCG producers and packaging industries gather data on used plastic packaging and products, ensuring compliance with EPR regulations.
  14. Greenvi AI is AI-powered platform that delivers market intelligence and strategic guidance to help renewable energy players accelerate project development and investment decisions across global markets.
  15. NRG Advisor is a one-stop-shop for property owners, providing remote control, automation, and predictive algorithms to manage energy consumption efficiently in a single platform.
  16. Prosvita is all learning tools in one place.
  17. The portable ultrasound diagnostic system with steatometry function, HandyUsound, as a tool to enhance the accessibility of medical care at the primary care level (general practice) – the implementation of the HandyUsound system into the practice of general practitioners to simplify the diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) at early stages.
