The company Ajax Systems is launching pre-production in Kyiv. The factory will assemble new products: TurretCam, BulletCam, and DomeCam Mini cameras, Ajax NVR video recorders, KeyPad TouchScreen keyboards, and other devices that were announced at the latest product presentation Ajax Special Event: Control Your Space.

Expanding the product portfolio to 135 devices and introducing video surveillance devices prompted the creation of a production center closer to the development engineers. The R&D team will be able to control the production processes of innovations because manufacturing new devices requires additional equipment, testing, and verification before going into mass production.

The total capacity of pre-production is from 50 to 70 thousand devices per month. Next year, production capacity is planned to be expanded by 50%.

Currently, the pre-production department is actively recruiting employees of various categories: SMD line operators, REA assemblers, test bench operators, assemblers, QC sorters, long-test operators, quality controllers, and other engineers. In total, the team will consist of 220 people.

It is worth reminding that in spring 2022, Ajax Systems' production facilities were relocated to the western region of Ukraine. Another factory was opened by the company in Turkey on January 5, 2022.
