The model was created by the specialists of the public organisation "Pixelite Realizations" at the expense of the city budget of Belgorod-Dnestrovsk within the framework of the partnership program "Culture. Tourism. Regions âof the Ukrainian Cultural Fund and the State Agency for Tourism Development.
Photos of the layout, which at the same time serves as a tactile map, were published by the Odessa citizen Svetlana Streltsova, author of the project "Odessa to the touch", who prepared an information plate for the layout, written in Braille.
Our regiment has arrived, it has arrived! Now there is another model of attractions in Ukraine. And now it is not the capital or the regional center, but a small town with the largest fortress in Ukraine - Belgorod-Dnestrovsky. Actually, not Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, bt Ackerman.

Historical districts of the city are made on a scale of 1/1250, and the most iconic sights have been enlarged to a scale of 1/300 and are now available for acquaintance with visitors with vision problems.
They were enlarged in order to make it easier to get acquainted with their architectural features. In particular, a modest synagogue has been enlarged there, like a cake - a Greek church, a low Armenian church, a pompous Holy Ascension Cathedral, a museum itself, a former zemstvo council that looks like a real town hall and, of course, She is a fortress.
In the spring, the model will be installed in the courtyard of the museum, and it will be available to everyone.
