The information suggests that Russia has likely moved its S-400 air defense systems from the Kaliningrad region to Rostov-on-Don.

Investigators from Bellingcat reached this conclusion based on satellite imagery analysis spanning from late October to early November.

According to the investigation, components of the S-400 missile systems were relocated from at least two Russian air defense sites. The exact destination of these systems remains unclear, but observers speculate that they might have been transported to Rostov-on-Don.

Journalists have uncovered that the movement of weaponry coincided with an increase in flights of Russian military transport planes, specifically the An-124 and Il-76, from Kaliningrad over the Baltic Sea towards the mainland of the aggressor country. Pilots during these flights over Russian territory deactivated transponders, hindering the ability to track the aircraft's route and landing location.

The relocation of elements of the Russian air defense systems occurred between late October and early November. By analyzing satellite images, Bellingcat determined that at least some components of the S-400 missile system were moved from an air defense site near the town of Gvardeysk.

They also suspect that certain components of the air defense system could have been moved from a site west of Kaliningrad near the Primorsk Bay. However, due to poor satellite image quality caused by adverse weather conditions during the specified period, it is currently impossible to verify this information accurately.
