In his opinion, the military assistance of Western allies to Ukraine is a way to deter other Russian attacks.
"Russia is waging a brutal war of conquest against Ukraine. And if Putin gets his way, this will just be the beginning. Since neither diplomacy nor harsh economic sanctions have changed Putin's direction, our show of strength is the right response," the minister explained.
