Ukrainian defense company Infozahyst has announced its entry into the Danish–Ukrainian holding MITS Industries, which brings together producers of ground robotics, electronic warfare systems, surface drones, and UAVs. The merger aims to scale up development and production and to establish stable export channels for Ukrainian defense technologies worldwide, the company said on Facebook.

According to Infozahyst, joining MITS Industries will strengthen the supply of advanced systems to Ukraine’s Defense Forces, speed up the transition from design to serial production and export, and synchronize R&D and manufacturing among the participants. The holding will comprise five companies in total — including Tencore, Unwave, and Infozahyst — and positions itself as a Danish–Ukrainian platform for the international expansion of Ukraine’s defense industry.

Infozahyst specializes in systems for signals intelligence, technical information security, direction-finding, and drone-based complexes. Operating since 2001, the company runs its own R&D center and pilot production facility for testing and rapid prototyping. Integration into the holding is expected to help scale these areas and complement them with partners’ developments, ranging from ground robotic platforms to unmanned maritime systems and electronic warfare assets.

The move comes amid the growing need for Ukrainian defense producers to access foreign markets. Infozahyst CEO Yaroslav Kalinin previously warned that after the war ends, domestic defense orders will inevitably shrink, putting many enterprises at risk without exports. Consolidation under MITS Industries is intended to secure stable international sales and long-term partnerships.

Ukraine’s President recently announced a partial reopening of defense-tech exports, creating an opportunity window for domestic producers that have proven themselves on the frontlines but still need access to foreign contracts and certifications. Infozahyst emphasizes that the goal of joining MITS Industries is to increase production rates, accelerate testing, and bring Ukrainian solutions to the global market without losing focus on urgent needs of the armed forces.
