Denmark is providing a new military aid package worth 6.7 billion Danish kroner ($995 million) to Ukraine, which will be distributed between 2025 and 2027.

According to the Danish government, the key elements of the package include:

  • Air defense systems

  • Artillery

  • Financial support for the Air Force

Additionally, Denmark is allocating $208 million between 2025 and 2027 to finance the supply of artillery and ammunition through allied partners.

Funds will also support the Drone Coalition and the IT Coalition, with further contributions planned for Ukraine’s defense industry under the "Danish model" in 2026-2027.

"It is absolutely essential that we help Ukrainians build their defense industry. The Danish model has proven that Ukraine has the capacity to produce and supply equipment for its fight for freedom. Denmark must continue investing in this, and I hope other countries will follow our lead even more," said Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.
