It calls for donors worldwide to subscribe for a symbolic $24 monthly donation, which can be done in one click on the platform's website: donorbox.org/24-000-friends-of-ukraine .

The project’s launch was announced by UNITED24's ambassadors: American actor and six-time Golden Globe nominee, Liev Schreiber, and world football star, Andriy Shevchenko.

"The number 24 is very important for Ukraine," said Andriy Shevchenko. "This is both the date of Independence Day, and the day when a full-scale war started, changing our lives. 24 hours a day, Ukraine fights for its freedom, and the whole world supports us in this fight. The UNITED24 platform is a reflection of such support, because people from 110 countries donate towards the needs of Ukraine using it. Today we ask them to become Friends of Ukraine. To congratulate Ukraine on the Independence Day and sign up for a regular charitable donation via UNITED24, for a symbolic amount of $24 per month."

Charitable subscriptions are available in the direction of Medical Aid.
