An agreement on cooperation was signed between the Ministry for Strategic Industries of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of Italy. This is a joint understanding aimed at promoting collaboration between Ukrainian and Italian defense companies, as well as addressing the needs for components and raw materials.

The document was signed by Admiral Giacinto Ottaviani, National Armaments Director of the Italian Ministry of Defense, and Davyd Aloyan, Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine for European Integration, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Ukraine, Carlo Formosa, and the Strategic Advisor to the President of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kamyshyn.

A Term Sheet was signed between JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry" and the American company D&M Holding Company regarding future cooperation in the production of specialty chemicals.

JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry" and D&M agreed to create a joint venture for the production of specialty chemicals. The plant will be located in the United States and will manufacture products used in the production of ammunition for Ukraine’s Defense Forces. This will help address the acute shortage of specialty chemical products currently affecting the ammunition production sector. The document was signed by the CEO of JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry," Oleh Huliak, and D&M CEO Daniel Powers, in the presence of Oleksandr Kamyshyn, Strategic Advisor to the President of Ukraine, Davit Lomdzharia, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry," and U.S. Special Envoy to Ukraine, retired Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg.

A cooperation agreement was concluded between JSC Ukrainian Defense Industry and AIAD (the Federation of Italian Companies in the Aerospace, Defense, and Security Industries). The agreement provides for interaction between Ukrainian and Italian defense manufacturers to strengthen and further develop the aviation component of Ukraine’s defense-industrial complex.

The document was signed by AIAD President Giuseppe Cossiga and Acting Deputy Director General of JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry" Mykhailo Shevchenko, in the presence of Oleksandr Kamyshyn, Davit Lomdzharia, and Admiral Giacinto Ottaviani.

A cooperation agreement was signed between the Ukrainian Defense Industry Council (UCDI) and AIAD. This agreement launches a framework for cooperation between the associations to deepen industrial collaboration in priority areas of defense and security.

The document outlines the creation of a joint ITA/UKR Defence Industry Working Group to identify priority directions and harmonize standards for information exchange and confidentiality.

The parties agreed on the voluntary nature of company participation, the possibility of forming thematic subgroups, and the signing of individual project agreements. These steps will ensure the systematic integration of Ukrainian and Italian manufacturers into joint research, development, and production programs for weapons and security technologies.

The agreement was signed by UCDI Executive Director Ihor Fedirko and AIAD President Giuseppe Cossiga.

One of the Ukrainian enterprises and the Italian company IDV (Iveco Defence Vehicles) formalized their cooperation agreement on paper. The document refers to the development and potential future production of military equipment.

“Five new agreements signed at the Ukraine Recovery Conference represent a significant reinforcement of key areas of our defense-industrial complex. Joint projects in specialty chemistry, armored vehicles, aviation, intergovernmental cooperation, and collaboration between industry associations—all of this will enable Ukraine’s defense sector to produce more, faster, and with greater technological sophistication.  I’m grateful to our partners in Italy and the United States for their willingness not just to help Ukraine, but to build a new security architecture together with us. Special thanks to the Italian Ministry of Defense, AIAD, IDV, and D&M for their readiness for dialogue and support of Ukraine in such a challenging time. Special thanks also go to the Ukrainian defense business. Your energy, initiative, and ability to act quickly are the driving forces behind the transformation of our defense industry. We will continue to strengthen Ukraine's defense resilience through cooperation and expanded partnerships around the world. And we will keep building the Arsenal of the Free World!” stated Herman Smetanin, Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
