That is why the Volunteer Center "Expedition" in cooperation with MPT Pay LTD and the Odessa regional organization of the Red Cross of Ukraine, has created a unique resource where Ukrainian citizens can seek psychological help, and practicing psychologists - to provide it.
To receive psychological support, you need to submit a simple application on the website psyhelp.info or in the Telegram bot PSYHELPbot (it is possible to tell about the situation in advance not only in writing but also by voice).
In addition, users can contact the 24-hour hotline of the Red Cross Ukraine (0 800 333 161) and receive qualified support from experienced consultants. All calls for Ukrainian subscribers are free and anonymous!
You can also apply through the site to participate in group classes on meditation and mindfulness, which will help users to be psychologically discharge.
However, as many practicing psychologists as possible are needed to provide effective care. That is why the IT department of "Expedition" appeals to psychologists to join the work of a non-profit online service and help Ukrainian citizens in this difficult situation.
The Expedition Volunteer Center has been operating since the first days of Rusia's full-scale war against Ukraine and unites a number of non-profit organizations of the region: NGO «Expedition», NGO «Anti-Corruption Office», NGO «Social Change Agency», NGO «Open Society of Ukraine» and Charity foundation «Sofos».
