During the night of December 1 (from 18:00 on November 30), the Russian forces launched 89 attack UAVs — Shahed, Gerbera, and other types — from the directions of Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea). Around 55 of them were Shaheds.
The air assault was countered by air defense missile units, EW units, drone units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data as of 08:30, air defense forces shot down or suppressed 63 UAVs — Shahed, Gerbera, and others — over northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.
A total of 26 attack UAV strikes were recorded across nine locations.
