We must establish justice for the sake of all those to whom the criminal invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine caused inhuman suffering. Our common priority is to protect the interests of victims and families of victims of aggression. And they demand justice.

The tribunal must be held - during or after the war. Criminals must appear before the court - in person or in absentia.

As President Zelensky said in his speech, Russia is on the path to a historic defeat. And the international tribunal will be the final consolidation of this defeat, the victory of international justice and fairness.
