Aleksey Arestovich, the adviser to the head of the President's Office, is sure that the Western elites are no longer discussing whether Ukraine will win the war with Russia. As he noted on the air of "Feygin LIVE", this issue has already been resolved.

"This war has long ceased to be existential, it is planned. … We are planning to knock out the enemy, we are being supplied with weapons, financial, political assistance. Everything is going according to plan, including the imposition of sanctions. There will be no refusal of the course under any circumstances. And we will systematically take the Russian army out of here feet first. This is a settled issue, it just takes some time, this routine. Of course, at the tactical, operational level, there will still be surprises, battles, troubles, strategically everything has long been decided," he said.

Arestovich is sure that today no one doubts that Russia will lose this war.

“Now the world is discussing, according to my feelings, what I see and hear, about what to do with losing Russia. Restoration of Ukraine, building a European security system, and what to do next with the fall of the Putin regime, which Russia lost. That's what interests Western people who make strategic decisions," he said.

According to the adviser to the head of the OPU, the situation changed after the Russians failed to achieve success after the capture of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk.

Now Russia cannot change the course of the war, he says.

"Putin has no means of launching this war according to another scenario," Arestovich said.

Such a means could be to attract 60-80, or even 100,000 people of the cadre army, he believes. But the Russian Federation does not have the opportunity to find so many regular military men. The lifting of sanctions would also help Russia to restore the military industry and increase, for example, the number of Kalibr, but even then - in the long term. The third option is using nuclear weapons, which Arestovich does not consider as possible.

“Even the Belarusian army, which invaded somewhere, will not change anything in this situation,” he believes.

The pseudo-referendum in the occupied territories of Ukraine, held on a symbolic date for the United States - September 11, which the invaders are talking about, according to the adviser to the head of the OPU, will only worsen the situation, accelerate the imposition of sanctions and the supply of military equipment.

"This will only accelerate the collapse of the Putin regime; there will be no other consequences of the announcement of this terrible big USSR or the private annexation of territories," he is sure.

According to Arestovich, the war has already been "transferred to the territory of Crimea," and the Russian Federation is focused on intimidating and lying about its own "victories."

"And people think these mouse gestures mean at least something in this war. But they don't mean anything anymore. It's poulticed for the dead, nothing will save the Putin regime," he is sure.
