Database of Russian militaries who committed war crimes in Ukraine
Russia's war crimes against Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. According to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, more than 1,700 Russian war crimes cases are currently being investigated in Ukraine. Numerous cases of destruction of housing infrastructure, killings of civilians and looting by the Russian military in the occupied Ukrainian territory have been reported.
The Book of Executioners of the Ukrainian People project collects evidence of war crimes in Ukraine, and those who committed them. The investigation has just begun and will continue until the last executioner is found. Everyone involved in crimes against the Ukrainian people will be here.
The "book's" authors invite citizens who have suffered from the Russian occupiers to testify that the invaders committed war crimes against civilians in Ukraine.
