The United Kingdom will provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine in the amount of £37 million (over €43 million).

According to the British government, the UK Foreign Secretary, David Cameron, will announce the allocation of these funds during his visit to the United States on December 6.

Ahead of the visit, the official announced a new winter humanitarian aid package for Ukraine worth £29 million and an additional £7.75 million for humanitarian activities aimed at meeting the needs of the most vulnerable populations in Ukraine.

This funding is part of the overall humanitarian assistance to Ukraine and the region from the UK, amounting to £127 million for the years 2023-2024, as announced at the Ukraine Renewal Conference in June.

The total military, humanitarian, and economic support to Ukraine from the United Kingdom currently amounts to nearly £11 billion. Cameron pledged that support for Ukraine from London will not decrease next year.
