The construction of Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia, an industrial park specializing in the production of intermediate and final food products, provision of specialized services, research, and development in the agri-food sector, has started in Vinnytsia.

According to the Vinnytsia City Council's announcement, Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia will offer international and Ukrainian food industry companies ready solutions for business relocation and scaling. The park is designed to provide a high-tech, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly infrastructure for efficient food enterprises, reducing operational costs, and increasing profitability while fostering innovation in the food sector.

Investor Boris Shestopalov, the investor of Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia, stated, "Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia is creating a high-tech, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly infrastructure for efficient food enterprises, reducing their operational costs and increasing profitability, contributing to innovation in the food industry."

The Vinnytsia City Council emphasized that actively supporting investments in the food processing sector and creating high-value-added food products would significantly boost the gross regional product, create new jobs, increase tax revenues to the community, and enhance the competitiveness of Ukrainian food products on foreign markets.

Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia Andriy Ocheretny noted, "Currently, Vinnytsia already has four industrial parks, and it's important that they do not compete but complement each other. The Vinnytsia Industrial Park will host a range of agri-food production units that will add value to the end product. We believe that this will reduce the logistical burden, transform the food industry, and create a large number of jobs. The expected size of investments upon completion of the project will be about 3 billion UAH."

Volia Agri-Food Park Vinnytsia is being developed on an area of 35.7 hectares in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and UNIDO recommendations. The first construction phase of the agri-food park will include the development of engineering networks, roads, and landscaping on the park's territory, the construction of a business center for residents, Light Industry Box for small food production companies, a logistics center, and more.
