As a result of a Russian drone attack on Chornomorsk, two people were killed and seven others injured, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, reported.
“This morning, the enemy cynically attacked the local market in Chornomorsk with strike drones. According to preliminary data, two people were killed and seven injured, some in serious condition. Information about the victims is being clarified,” he wrote on Telegram on Friday.
Rescuers and all relevant services are working at the strike site.

The number of people injured in the Russian drone attack on Chornomorsk in the Odessa region has risen to 10, including one child. According to the Odesa Regional Emergency Service, two people were killed in the attack near the local market. The strike also destroyed two cars and damaged 13 others.
According to the regional administration, the attack damaged the city square, shop facades, and private vehicles. The blast shattered windows at a nearby college.
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
