Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, announced this on the air of a nationwide telethon.
"The racist regime is fascist in its essence because it carries out a certain gradation," said the representative of the HUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Position No. 1 in the anti-rating, according to Andriy Yusov, is forcibly mobilized from temporarily occupied territories.
"And all the rest - an extremely difficult process begins. It is clear that officers are in high demand. And also people who have certain knowledge and skills. Many other things are also affected, which we will not voice, so as not to cause harm. But the simpler a person is for the Rashists, the less interest they have," said Ukraine's military intelligence representative.
According to him, Russians divide people into "classes," demonstrating the essence of their fascist regime.
