Russian units involved in the assault on Vovchansk have low preparation.

This was stated by the spokesperson for the Joint Task Force 'Kharkiv,' Vitalii Sarantsev, during a broadcast of the Unified News telethon.

"On this front (Vovchansk), the Fourth Volunteer Reconnaissance Assault Brigade named after Alexander Nevsky was engaged. They suffered significant losses, and now reinforcements are arriving from the 128th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, along with soldiers from other units. However, according to recent data, the units being deployed for the assault on Vovchansk have quite low preparedness; these soldiers had not participated in any combat operations before. We understand that this is newly arrived personnel, part of Russia's mobilization resources," Sarantsev said.

He added that in recent weeks, there have been multiple instances of enemy troops refusing to perform combat and special tasks (logistics and engineering work) in the Hlyboke - Lyptsi direction and in Vovchansk.

"The enemy increasingly deploys personnel who are morally unprepared for any tasks. They are mobilizing resources quickly, preparing them hastily—either through deception, coercion, or promises of monetary rewards—and sending them to war. But these people realize they have been deceived and refuse to continue fighting," Sarantsev noted.
