Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak have met in Uzhhorod with the head of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Peter Szijjarto.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the President's Office have confirmed this information.

"Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjarto have started negotiations in Uzhhorod with the aim of normalizing Ukrainian-Hungarian relations," the statements from the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the President's Office mentioned.

The statement from the President's Office also mentioned that an "open and constructive dialogue is expected to normalize relations between the two countries."
