"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is working to bring back Ikea, H&M, Zara, and other brands to Ukraine," said Dmytro Kuleba, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in an interview with Natali Mosiychuk.

He mentioned that the fast-food chain was successfully brought back to Ukraine after his telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

Kuleba emphasized that McDonald's in Ukraine serves as a signal to investors that they can operate here.

"I believe that the more international businesses work here, the more confidence it will add to our victory," he stated.

Previously, it was reported that the Swedish fashion retailer H&M plans to gradually resume operations in Ukraine starting in November 2023. According to reports, H&M Group will open some stores in Ukraine at the end of November or early December this year.
