The Turkish company Baykar, which manufactures Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles, made a gift to Ukrainians for the Independence Day of Ukraine. Showman and volunteer Serhii Prytula, who previously announced fundraising for them, told about this on Twitter.

"Our Turkish friends gave us a nice gift for Independence Day and "embroidered" bayraktars into an embroidered shirt! They kept their word and identified them as "People's Bairaktar"!" he said.

Prytula also reported that three drones, which the Turkish company Baykar decided to present to Ukraine after Ukrainians collected money for their purchase as part of the "People's Bayraktar" project, are already preparing to be sent to Ukraine.

The volunteer also published a photo of the "birds". You can see that each drone is decorated with a red ornament and contains the inscriptions "Narodniy Bayraktar (People's Bayraktar)" in Ukrainian and Turkish languages.

We will remind you that in June, Ukrainian showman Serhiy Prytula launched the "People's Bayraktar" initiative intending to raise UAH 500 million for three attack drones for the Armed Forces.

In just three days, Ukrainians donated UAH 600 million. However, the Baykar company refused the money and promised to hand over three drones for free.
