As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on Telegram, you can submit documents in the following locations for obtaining permanent residency:
- Warsaw, Poland
- Berlin, Germany
- Bratislava, Slovakia
- Madrid, Spain
- Istanbul, Turkey
Additionally, this service will become available in Prague, Czech Republic, in the near future.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained that you can use this service in the following cases:
- Loss or theft of the residence permit.
- The residence permit is no longer suitable for further use.
- Reaching the age of 25 or 45 (if a residence permit without a contactless electronic carrier was issued).
- Failure to receive an already issued residence permit due to the introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine.
A "certified translation of the passport into Ukrainian" is mandatory, as stated in the announcement. During the testing period of the information systems, services are provided on a walk-in basis only.
