The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine held a meeting with representatives of French companies to discuss cooperation in Ukraine’s reconstruction. The parties agreed to expand the participation of French businesses in projects focused on restoring critical and social infrastructure and to deepen collaboration in the digitalization of public investment management.
The meeting brought together representatives of the Recovery Agency, the Embassy of France in Ukraine, Business France, and French companies working in energy, infrastructure, water management, environmental protection, and construction.
The French side presented companies interested in taking part in Ukraine’s reconstruction projects. Several firms showcased solutions in energy efficiency, sustainable construction, water supply and purification, road technologies, geodesy, and digitalization.
“French businesses are demonstrating not only interest but a genuine readiness to take part in Ukraine’s recovery. We already have a history of productive cooperation and mutual trust, and today’s meeting opens new opportunities for joint projects. It is important that we share the same vision — sustainable development, innovation, and transparent investment management,” said Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development Yevhen Dubohryz.
The Ministry and the Recovery Agency presented current reconstruction needs and the DREAM platform — a digital module for managing public investments that ensures transparency and accountability at every stage of project implementation.
They also showcased the Unified Project Portfolio for 2026 (UPP-2026), which includes 149 projects and programmes, 83 of them in the Ministry’s key sectors — housing, transport, municipal infrastructure, and services.
