Panzerhaubitzen 2000 self-propelled howitzers also arrived in Ukraine.

Ukraine received another batch of heavy weapons from Germany. We are talking about multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) Mars II and self-propelled howitzers.

Minister of Defense Christine Lambrecht announced this, reports welt.de. She noted that the delivery of other systems is already planned.

"The promised Mars II multiple launch rocket systems and Panzerhaubitzen 2000 self-propelled howitzers have been delivered. We keep our word," Christine Lambrecht said.

Recall that Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said yesterday that the first three Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns and several tens of thousands of ammunition arrived from Germany.

Ukraine will receive 30 Gepard tanks with ammunition from the Bundeswehr. And three Mars II multiple launch rocket systems and 10 Panzerhaubitzen 2000 self-propelled howitzers have already arrived from the warehouses of the Bundeswehr.

The arrival of weapons from Germany in Ukraine was confirmed by the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak. "MLRS Mars II has already been transferred to Ukraine by our German allies," he said.
