At the invitation of Chief Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Lithuania Asta Skaisgirytė, he took part in the annual meeting of advisors to the presidents of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine, delivering a keynote speech on the topic: Supporting Ukraine – what is on the list for 2023 and beyond?

During the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President expressed gratitude to the Baltic countries and Poland for the unwavering political support for Ukraine and the provision of significant practical assistance, and informed the participants in detail about the current security situation in view of the ongoing full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation. He also emphasized the need for further military and technical assistance to our country, increased sanctions pressure on Russia, and prosecution of those involved in crimes of aggression.

The Deputy Head of the President's Office emphasized that Ukraine is successfully implementing the seven recommendations of the European Commission, and this process should receive a proper political assessment from the EU leaders.

At the meeting of Ihor Zhovkva with Head of the Seimas Delegation to the Assembly of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Žygimantas Pavilionis, the discussion was about the importance for our country of the ten resolutions adopted by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia.
