In Irpen, houses are being built for people who have lost their homes using innovative technology, which cuts the construction time in half, said the mayor of the city Oleksandr Markushyn.
The construction agreement was signed with the Odessa enterprise "Budova", which works according to the construction technology developed by Ukrainian engineers.
"Well-being ConTech is a technology for rapid construction of high-quality and relatively inexpensive housing. It consists of the fact that all house elements are first manufactured at the factory and then quickly assembled on the construction site. At the same time, elements, such as walls, are carefully prepared for further use: they are insulated and all the necessary holes for communications are made," said Oleksandr Markushyn.
"Budova" will build the first house in Irpen using the Well-being ConTech technology for free. Apartments in it will be given to residents of Irpin who have lost their homes. And in order to simplify and reduce the cost of logistics, the company will build its own factory in the city," Markushyn added.
