On November 10, 2023, at 2:00 PM, an official opening of an exhibition featuring the works of four artists – Kateryna Lypovka, Serhiy Smetankin, Yuriy Banderа, and Svyatoslav Skorobohatov – will take place at the premises of the House of Artists of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
The event is dedicated to the Ukrainian-Italian project involving postage stamps, which is planned to be released by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Italian Republic.
The release will include four postage stamps featuring the works of the artists:
- Kateryna Lypovka's "Kyiv. Space of Options" depicting Kyiv's churches.
- Serhiy Smetankin's "Mariupol Dramatic Theater" featuring Mariupol's theater.
- Yuriy Banderа's "Lviv Sunset" depicting the central square of Lviv.
- Svyatoslav Skorobohatov's "Spring Harbor" showcasing the port of Odessa.
The funds generated from the sale of the stamp series will be contributed by the Italian side to humanitarian aid for Ukraine.
