In Mariupol, teenagers are looting and robbing the elderly.
This was announced in his Telegram by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko.
"With the assistance of the Russian military, the city is turning into a zone of banditry. The highest level of gang formation is among teenagers who form gangs and loot and rob the elderly, taking away the money they receive," he said.
According to Andryushchenko, the collaborators shrug their shoulders; the traitor police do not intervene.
"Everyone is aware that the "Kadyrovtsy" and Dagestanis who settled around Mariupol are behind the heating of such processes," he added.
Andryushchenko also said that the collaboration administration continues to "protect" and open points for cashing out UAH from bank cards. Money changers take up to 30% margin or exchange at the rate of 1.5 rubles for the UAH despite the official 2:1.
âEven with such an official robbery of savings, there are huge queues for cashing out. People have no choice against the backdrop of a humanitarian crisis. Sometimes this is the only way to buy food and water. Everyone who comes into contact with the power of the occupiers continues to profit from the people of Mariupol," he added.
As of June 20, in occupied Mariupol, people stood in line for bread for four hours in the heat. Also in the city began to rob pensioners.
As of June 22, 2022 in Mariupol, the entire line of defense of the enemy was covered by civilian buildings.
The occupiers are building modular apartment buildings for city residents. A few hundred meters from the houses, they prepare a line of defense, including digging in heavy equipment, thus using the Mariupol residents as a "human shield".
As of June 23, in Mariupol, adult men are being mobilized under the guise of employment in a security company, and teenagers are being enrolled in youth military-patriotic organisations. On June 24, it became known that the occupiers imposed a curfew in the city.
