Mykhailo Fedorov took part in the SUP forum, which brought together business, the IT community, and Ukrainian officials. The parties discussed the main areas of work for the Ministry of Digital Transformation in 2024. The tasks remain unchanged: to build the most convenient digital country, create a new education system, and technologically strengthen the Defense Forces.
More details on each point:
-
Technological Warfare: We continue to develop defense technology, increase the number of technologies on the front line, scale the market for drones and EW systems. The IT industry plays a crucial role in this, providing unique solutions needed by the Defense Forces.
-
Development of Diia (Action): We will launch even more new and convenient services to ensure Ukrainians receive government services in just a few clicks. We are already working on Diia.Office – the profile of a civil servant in Diia. It will include performance evaluations and KPIs for officials, allowing people to analyze results and see who works effectively.
-
Education: We are working on transforming Ukrainian education, considering it a foundation for Ukraine's economic breakthrough and the development of human capital. Without this reform, building a three-trillion economy is impossible. We will also launch "Mriya" (Dream), an application that will become the brand of the new education system and help every Ukrainian to learn.
-
Digitalization, Development, and Scaling: We continue our journey of digitization, development, and scaling.
"These priorities reflect our commitment to building a technologically advanced and user-friendly digital environment, transforming education, and ensuring national security," added Fedorov.
