Last night, a massive missile strike damaged 6 railway substations in the central and western regions.
Due to the russian attack, a number of trains were delayed, and the course of some passenger trains was changed. Currently, the Ukrzaliznytsia is promptly solving the problem of train schedules in order to reduce the number of delays as soon as possible.
As a result of the enemy attack, there are no casualties among passengers and employees of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. All responsible entities have already started restoration work.
The Ministry of Infrastructure continues to work systematically to address the logistical problems caused by the full-scale invasion of russia. We ensure the stability of rail passenger and freight traffic, despite the enemy's attempts to worsen our lives. Recovery is fast and efficient, we are neither intimidated nor stopped.
We foresaw similar scenarios of missile strikes in advance, in particular, plans for alternative logistics routes were developed. This minimizes damage to passenger traffic, businesses and Ukrainian defense forces.
