18 residential buildings in Kyiv region are actively being rebuilt, funded by UNITED24. From now on, you can read the stories of their residents and observe the progress, thanks to the monitoring project of the IT company LUN.

In total, UNITED24 has to raise UAH 719,000,000 for 18 buildings. Thanks to donors from all over the world, UAH 638,935,400 has been transferred for the rebuilding so far. Another 50 million has already been raised on the account of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. From now on, everyone can support the fundraiser for the reconstruction of 5 buildings. The goal is to raise UAH 28,369,770, which will go towards the full amount.

Dozens of international companies, platform ambassadors, and private donors have joined the UNITED24 fundraiser. The Balenciaga fashion house donated funds to restore two buildings in Irpin. Three more buildings will get a new life thanks to personal fundraisers by UNITED24 ambassadors: boxer Oleksandr Usyk, movie director Michel Hazanavicius, and tennis player Elina Svitolina.

"It is very important for us to give donors from anywhere — from Canada and Australia, to Lithuania and France — the opportunity to follow the construction efforts. Everyone who has donated at any amount to Ukraine, be it a dollar or a million,  will be able to be involved in our history thanks to the UNITED24 and LUN project. They will be able to learn more about the building itself, read the heartbreaking stories of the residents, see the location on an interactive map, and, thanks to 3D models, have a clearer picture of the scale of the destruction and the necessity for support," Yaroslava Gres, UNITED24 platform coordinator.

The LUN IT company has launched a construction monitoring service that allows you to view the progress of the rebuilding of residential buildings. The LUN team's own photojournalists regularly take pictures of the sites. In their work, they use an app with patented technology. Each house is pictured from the same angle for better monitoring dynamics. Based on the drone images, they create 3D models of the buildings in their current state.

"LUN is all about the future: about construction, new homes for people, and a comfortable, happy life in the city. It was very painful to observe the destroyed houses, the birth of which we have been watching since the construction of the first floors. That is why we didn't think twice about UNITED24's offer to help. Each of us in this war wants to be involved on the way to victory, it is impossible to sit idly by. It is a very unique experience to use technologies designed for peacetime to work with destroyed housing and rebuild it. Emotionally, it's a very difficult experience, but we are happy to make efforts to rebuild together," Denys Sudilkovsky, Marketing Director at LUN.
