The international community has condemned the Russian missile strike on a residential area in Kryvyi Rih.
Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and emphasized: "All of Europe is preparing for the weekend, but Ukrainians live in a different reality."
"Another Russian attack, but you never get used to this. That’s why we must accelerate support for Ukraine," he stated.
The Swiss Embassy in Ukraine also expressed its condolences over the tragedy and stressed that "Civilians should never become a target."
The foreign ministers of the Czech Republic and Lithuania, Jan Lipavský and Kęstutis Budrys, also reacted to the strike.
On the evening of April 4, the Russian army launched a ballistic strike on a residential district in Kryvyi Rih. 19 people are known to have died, including nine children, and more than 60 others were injured.
