Ukraine should strike at Russian military facilities located on its territory near the border.
Military expert Oleg Zhdanov expressed this opinion in an interview with Dmitry Gordon.
"The enemy needs to inflict fire damage on the entire range of the weapons you have. Otherwise, we are repeat 2014. This will be one of the versions of the war's end - a frozen conflict. Even if we reach the 1991 border, it will be the same as what is happening now on the Seversky direction in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. They are shelling and this shelling will be eternal because they feel impunity. And you have to do what Israel does. When an Arab running towards the border is considered a potential terrorist and is simply destroyed," the expert said.
Similarly, Zhdanov supported strikes on Russian military installations located in the Crimea occupied by it.
"This is our territory, no one restricts us here at all. No one in the world has recognized Crimea as the territory of the Russian Federation. Even the UN lists it as illegally annexed," he stressed.
The expert also recalled that strikes could be carried out on the Crimean bridge in the part where it passes in the territorial waters of Ukraine.
